Delivery
Most hand-painted and made-to-order pieces have an estimated lead time of 4–6 weeks. Ready-made items may be available sooner. Once your order has been placed, we will confirm the estimated timescale and delivery details.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated according to the item, destination and delivery method. For bespoke, fragile, oversized or international orders, delivery may be quoted separately.

International delivery
International delivery may be available by request. Please contact us before ordering if your item needs to be shipped outside the UK, particularly for lamps, lampshades or fragile pieces.

Returns
Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces
Bespoke, made-to-order, personalised and custom-painted pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes bespoke lampshades, custom colour-matched pieces and commissions created to a client brief.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so we can advise on the next steps.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
